The Developers reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this mobile Game, or stored on developers servers, or hosted or published on this mobile Game. Notwithstanding developers rights under these terms and conditions in relation to generated content, the Developers do not undertake to monitor the submission of such content to, or the publication of such content on this mobile Game.
If you upload, post or submit any content on the mobile Game, you represent to us that you have all the necessary legal rights to upload, post or submit such content and it will not violate any law or the rights of any person. You shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish on to the mobile Games any libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal material. You shall not impersonate anyone else or otherwise misrepresent your identity, affiliation or status. You agree not to provide material and misleading information knowingly and with intent to defraud. You shall not upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish on to the mobile Game any malware, viruses, spyware, or other malicious software or files to the mobile Game. You shall not use automated means to upload to, or distribute or otherwise publish onto, the mobile Game any content.
Be courteous. You agree that you will not threaten or verbally abuse other members, use defamatory language, or deliberately disrupt discussions with repetitive messages, meaningless messages or "spam."
Use respectful language. Like any community, the online conversation flourishes only when our members feel welcome and safe. You agree not to use language that abuses or discriminates on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual preference, age, region, disability, etc. Hate speech of any kind is grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the mobile Game.
Debate, but don't attack. In a community full of opinions and preferences, people always disagree. The Developers encourages active discussions and welcomes heated debate on the mobile Game, but personal attacks are a direct violation of these Terms of Service and are grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the Service.

You shall not, without the express approval of the Developers, distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services. You acknowledge that any submissions you make to the mobile Game (i.e., user-generated content including but not limited to: comments, forum messages, reviews, text, video, audio and photographs, as well as computer code and applications) (each, a "Submission") may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by the Developers and you waive any rights you may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you. Submissions made to the mobile Game may also be included in our RSS feeds and APIs and made available for republishing through other formats.
You are solely responsible for the content of your Submissions. However, while the Developers does not and cannot review every Submission and is not responsible for the content of these messages, the Developers reserves the right to delete, move, or edit Submissions that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, in violation of these Terms of Service, or otherwise unacceptable.
By making a Submission, you are consenting to its display and publication in the mobile Game and for related online and offline promotional uses.
The mobile Game may include advertisements and other information, which may be targeted to the content or information on the mobile Game (including User Information), queries made through the mobile Game, or any other information. The types and extent of advertising on the mobile Game are subject to change. You accept that, in consideration of the use of the mobile Game, the Developers and/or other third parties associated with them may include and distribute advertising material, both their own and belonging to third parties, at any time on the mobile Game and/or in the user content.
This mobile Game is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. the Developers make no representations or warranties in relation to this mobile Game or the information and materials provided on this mobile Game. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, the Developers do not warrant that:
The Developers have not reviewed all of the sites linked to the mobile Game and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the site by the Developers. Use of any such linked application or website is at the user's own risk. The Developers will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this mobile Game, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
